Estimated value for the period 1.5.2019 31.12.2019: 89 792, 14 RON without VAT. estimated (including any additional costs) up to 30.4.2020 - 134 375, 82 RON without VAT.

The bidders, third parties and subcontractorsthe actants have to prove that they do not comply with the provisions of art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016. The failure to fulfill the assumed obligations is accomplished by completing the DUAE, and at the request of the contracting authority, the supporting documents related to the assumed by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, only by the bidder ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up atThe following documents may be:

1) Suspension ClauseThe contracting authority states that it will conclude the contract with the tenderer declared winner only in the contract with the public procurement contract, which is conditional on the allocation of budgetary funds, the signing of the contract being made in compliance with the provisions regarding the commitment of the expenses (Order No. 1792/2002). the extent to which the funds required for the acquisition will be securedwhere, for whatever reason, funds will not be allocated, the contracting authority reserves the right to apply the provisions of art. 212 para. (1) lit. c) of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The bidders in this procedure accept that the contracting authority can not be held liable for any damage in case of cancellation of the award procedure, regardless of its nature and indifferencerent if the contracting authority has been notified of the existence of such damage. The bidders under this procedure take full responsibility for any damage they may suffer in the application of the clause; 2) If it is found that the first ranked offers have equal prices, the contracting authority will require, through SEAP, documents containing new prices
