Purchase of beef, pork and lamb

Purchase of beef, pig and lamb, according to the specifications of the product specification

Main Site: According to appendix no. 3 to the subsequent contract proposal and annex no. 3 to the specifications.

Acquisition of beef, pig and lamb, shall be done according to the specifications in Annex no. 1 to the trackand Annex no. 1 to the proposal for a framework agreement.

The subsequent contracts will be concluded according to necessities and availability, monthly, quarterly or half-yearly.

The largest subsequent contract to be concluded is worth RON 234, 866.96 without VAT.

Statement of Non-compliance in Art. 164 of Law 98/2016 (the criminal record of the operatothe economic operator and the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator, or those having the power of representation, decision or control in the same, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act) .

The tenderer / candidate / associated tenderer / subcontractor / third party supporter asis a member of the board of directors / management or supervisory body and / or has shareholders or associates persons who are spouse, relative or affinity to the second degree or who are in commercial relations, as they are those stipulated in art. 60, with persons holding decision-making positions within the contracting authority, is excluded from the procedureaward. FailureDUAE along with the offer (including associate / third party supporter) draws its rejection as unacceptable.
