Service for Characterization of CO2 and Pollutant Emissions on 22 Euro Euro-Dumped Air Bench: Reference Number: 439005-19-TEC-RUE

IFP Energies Nouvelles wishes to characterize CO2 emissions and pollutants 22 vehicles on cycles of rRDE-type wadding on climatic roller bench.

Main Site: IFPEN - 1 and 4 avenue Bois Preau - 92500 Rueil-Malmaison.

The service provider will carry out the characterization in CO2 emission and pollutants of 22 Euro 6d-TEMP vehicles supplied on a bench. climatic rolls in cold and hot conditions on rolls type RDE.

The candidate must produce in support of his candidacy:

1) the letter of candidature - authorization of the representative by his co-contractors,

2) documents relating to the powers of the persons authorized to commit the candidate,

3) a declaration on the honor to justify that he does not enter into any of the cases mentioned in articles L 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and Articles L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the Public Order Code and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers;

4) a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership.
