Assistance mission to project management for the management of pollutionSoils of the extension-rehabilitation project of the school group Saint-Louis Gare, located in the 15th district of Marseille, carried out in design-realization.

Assistance mission to control of work for the management of soil pollution of the project of extension-rehabilitation of the Saint-Louis Gare school group, located in the 15 arrondissement of Marseille, conducted in design-realization.To submit their application, applicants may use either:

- forms DC1 (letter of application) and DC2 (declaration of the candidate),

- the DUME (Single European Market Document).

A firm and unique phase, organized in 5 phases:

- phase 1: state of the premises and definition of a program of investigationsComplementary, Phase 2: Supervision and Follow-up of the Complementary Investigations Program, Phase 3: Description and Interpretation of the Complementary Investigations and Results of Analyzes and Recommendations for the Follow-Up,

Phase 4: Assistance and Advice during the consultation phase of the design-build groups according to the competitive dialogue procedure,

- phase5: assistance and advice for the follow-up of the design-realization market.

2 optional slices, each consisting of a single technical phase - optional slice 1,

- phase 6: analysis of health issues (EQRS) - optional slice 2,

- phase 7: identification of the different possible management options and realization of a cost / benefit report - Management plan in the framework of the projectoptional visit on making appointments. Visits will be by appointment and will be arranged individually, no later than 15 days before the deadline for submission of bids. The judgment of the offers will be carried out on the criteria criteriathe following:

1) the technical value of the offer: 60%. Each sub-criterion of the technical value will be evaluated in terms of its relevance, adequacy and coherence with regard to the subject of the contract:

- sub-criterion 1: the quality and relevance of human resources and the level of Qualification and Experience of Stakeholders Affected by the Mission - note on 7 points,

- sub-critere 2: the relevance and coherence of the distribution of time passes forecast for the execution of the mission, according to each speaker, each phase and the proposed figures - note on 5 points,

- sub-criterion 3: the quality and relevance of the methodology proposed in the technical brief - note on 6 points,

- sub-criterion 4: the relevance and quality of the example ofprovided document - note on 2 points. The maximum score is 20 points;

2) Offer price: 40%. The maximum score is 20 points.
