CPV Description: Plotting, content and estimated cost of studies, water supply, drainage and wastewater treatment.

The subject of the service contract refers to the drafting and publicationthe creation of content and pre-estimated fees for studies, water supply, drainage and wastewater treatment, replacing the provisions of Presidential Decree 696/74, (Government Gazette-301 A), as amended by Presidential Decree 696/74. 515/89 (Government Gazette A '219).

Main Site: The contractor's place of work is either his office or the employer's offices.

The estimated value of the contract wasis EUR 1 612 688, 70 (excluding VAT) and includes the estimated remuneration for the provision of technical and other related scientific services as follows:

1) EUR 990 355, 80 for services corresponding to a category 13 study. 2) EUR 332 419, 50 for services corresponding to a design of category 09.

3) EUR 79 562, 70 for services corresponding to a class 18 study.

And EUR 210 350, 70, for unforeseen costs • Further details of the physical object are analyzed in the Technical Data Sheet (TDD) • The right to participate is open to natural or legal persons or associations of them involved in the preparation of studies of the categories referred to in Article 12.1) of the Declaration, which are located in:

(a) a Member State of the Union; (b) a Member State of the European Economic Area(c) third countries that have signed and ratified the SIC, to the extent that the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5; (d) third countries not covered by paragraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the United States of America;with the Union, in matters of public procurement procedures; - economic operator is a participant either individually or as a member of an association; - associations of economic operators participate under the terms of paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Article 19 of the Declaration and the cases c ) and d) of par. 1 of article 77 of Law 4412/2016. These associations are not required to have a specific legal form, for bidding. The association of natural or legal persons may refer to the same or different categories of studies; - tenderers are required to be registered in the relevant professional register maintained in their State of establishment. Tenderers established in Greece are required to be enrolled in the Registrars of Designers or Study Offices in the categorycategory II.2.4). Tenderers established in other Member States of the European Union are required to be registered in the respective Registers of Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. - Each tenderer must have a quality assurance system in accordance with the EN standard ISO 9001 or equivalent, in force on the date of submission of the offersaccording to article 82 of Law 4412/2016. In the case of associations of economic operators, the required quality assurance system must be provided for each member of the tenderer to provide services in the different categories of studies; - - the performance of the works in category (13) must be made by tenderer or if the tender is submitted by an association of economic operators, by one of the participants in the association, - a participation guarantee of EUR 32 253, 77 is required to participate in the procedure. In the case of an association of economic operators, the guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators involved in the association. For the rest, the provisions of Article 15.1 of the Declaration apply- the signing of the contract requires the performance of a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, the amount of which is set at 5% of the value of the contract, without For the rest, the Contractor shall apply, after the signing of the contract, he may receive an advance according to the provisions of art. 72 para 1 cd of l.4412/2016, depositing an advance deposit
