Economic operators involved in the processof this Convention are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the procurement.
Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers held in their State of residence or to satisfy any otherdefined in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.
In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the preceding indent and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedurescontracts are required to be registered in corresponding professional or commercial registers.
2.2.5) Economic and financial sufficiency
In terms of economic and financial adequacy, for the current procurement process, economic operators are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.ores are required to have an average turnover of three (3) last management years, at least more than 100% of the total procurement budget, related to the subject of the procurement, which will be included in the bid of the bidder. If the applicant is active for less than 3 management years, then the average cycle(ie excluding VAT).
It is clarified that 100% of the budget, as long as the applicant is active, is a prerequisite element of participation and does not graded or quantified at any stage of the evaluation process
