The competition for Group A concerns the following, according to the number 31 / 2018 study of the Technical Services Directorate and in particular the supply of children's playgrounds and safety floors with their placement in seven (7) playgrounds of the Municipality of Pilea - ChoriaThe right to participate shall be deemed to include all natural or legal persons or associations thereof, in accordance with Article 25 (1) of Law 4412/2016, who engage in a professional activity related to the subject of the said commission. the economic operators concerned are required to have a digital signature, granted by a certified digital signature authority and to registerin the electronic system of ESDI. - The minimum necessary requirements to be met by economic operators as to suitability for the pursuit of the professional activity are to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in the Member State of establishment as described in Annex XI of the Provincial Lawof Appendix A of Law 4412/2016 or to satisfy any other requirement set out in this Annex.
