, for the upgrading of playgrounds of the Municipality of Pavlos Melas.

The object of the contract is the supply of equipment, a total of fifteen (15)playgrounds of the Municipality of Pavlos Melas and its installation so that the playgrounds meet the safety requirements as defined in the European safety standards ΕΝ1176: 2008, ΕΝ1177: 2008 and the specifications set by the Ministry of Interior, with the number 28492 / 11.5.2009 Ministerial Decision (Official Gazette B 931 / 18.5.2009), as amended and in force with the number 27934/2014Ministerial Decision (GG 2029 / 25.7.2014) and must be implemented.

The purpose of this action is to upgrade the playgrounds and the urban environment of fifteen (15) playgrounds so as to contribute to the urban revitalization of the area and to become recreation, recreation and leisure poles for children and escorts. The main objective iscreation of safe and functional spaces for both young and old.

Letters of Guarantee in paragraphs 2.2.2 and 4.1) are issued by credit institutions legally operating in the Member States of the Union or the European Economic Area or in the States Parties . and have, in accordance with the provisions in force, that right. The beneficiary Municipalitywill first absorb the resources of the Ministry of Interior SAE 055 (2017 ΣΕ05500010) and then the own resources of the Municipality will be used.

The expenditure for this contract is covered by the Code: 64.7135.00, with the amount of 320, 000.00 (including VAT). A relevant credit for the amount of 51 000, 00 will be budgeted for the Agency's 2019 financial year .1

2.2.4) CatalThe economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be enrolled in one of theregisters kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries which do not fall under the previous indentbilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures are required to be entered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material
