Supply and installation of equipment to upgrade playgrounds of Kileler Municipality.

It involves the supply and installation of equipment, to upgrade 43 existing playgrounds of Kileler through a sustainable design, to improve and upgrading these areas of the municipality.

It involves the supply and installation of equipment forthe upgrading of 43 existing playgrounds of the Municipality of Kileler through a sustainable design, aiming at the improvement and upgrading of these areas of the Municipality. The aim of the study is to create modern, functional and safe recreation areas for small and large visitors. Each space will include games for the relevant age groups for which it is also designed* The playgrounds to be upgraded are existing, and today they are empty of instruments as they have been removed. The settlements in which the playgrounds are located are the following:

(a) the Armenian Municipal Unit in five (5) settlements, that is, the settlements of Armenia. M. Athanasios, Achilleion, Nikis and Sotiriou.

(B) in Kileler Municipal District in five (5) houses(c) in the Municipal Unit of Kranonas in seven (7) settlements, ie Aghnoudi, Kalamaki, Kileler, Melissa and Perivoliou. Georgiou, Ag. (D) in the municipal unit of Nikaia in 8 settlements, namely Nikaia (7), Dilofou, Moschochori, Kalo Nero, Sofou, N. Lefkis, N. Karyon and Chara. e) in the Municipal Unit-Platykampos in 6 settlements, namely Galini, Glafki, Melia, Melissochori, Omorfochori and Platykampos (4).

The equipment under supply must meet the specifications of the Technical Service No. 12/2018 of the Technical Service of the Municipality. is of new construction, unused, of high quality materials and is responsive to the use and operation, for whichThe bidding will include the installation of the equipment as well as the construction of the required reinforced concrete decks for the proper installation of safety floors and any other expense for earthworks and micro-mills so that playgrounds they meet the requirements of the current legislation and studyin the process of concluding this contract, are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the procurement. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy anyor another requirement is specified in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or to third countries not covered by the preceding indent and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procedurespublic procurement, they are required to be registered in corresponding professional or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material

This contract is funded by the Public Investment Program of the MinistriesIn particular, SA 055, which included the project with the number 2017SE05500010, program Philodemos II, amounting to 221 000, 00 EUR and the remaining amount of 167 268, 80 EUR is financed by regular income ( own resources) of the Municipality of Killeler. The expenditure for this contract is borne by the CA budget appropriation 64.7131.14 of the budget year 2018 of the yearwith an amount of EUR 221 000.00. The remaining amount of EUR 167 268.80 will be borne by the CA. 35.7135.14 of the budget for the year 2019.
