The NL Act obliges the contracting authority to purchase purchased and harvested cannabis for medical use. The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of cannabis for medical use specified in the tender documentation and the cultivated, harvested, processed, packaged, spoken, transported, physically processed, adjusted to 10.0 g and certified in accordance with the legal regulations and terms of the tender documentation, based on purchase contracts concluded on the basis of and in accordance with the framework agreement for the period of its validity and effectiveness.
