Dried plants for extraction

The subject of the contract is the supply of 10 kinds of dried medicinal plants as a plant raw material for preparation of extracts, including transportation to the place of storage. The required packaging weight of dried medicinal plants is at least 10 kg. These dried medicinal plants must be packaged-in multi-layer paper bags or in jute bags or in plastic bags, with the following minimum information on the packaging: the name of the dried medicinal plant, the quantity, the expiry date, the year of cultivation and the date of collection, the supplier. Deliveries of dried medicated plants may not be more than 12 months old from the date of collection, which will be marked on the packaging, at the time of delivery. Object subjectwill be supplied in 3 identical suppliers - Main Site: Retia, as, Železnična 9, 082 21 Veľky Šariš

The supplier will deliver the following quantity of dried medicinal plants: 500 kg Basil (Ocimum basilicum L.), 500 kg Lavender lekarska Lavandula angustifolia L.), 500 kg Achillea millefolium L., 500 kg Maeta pieporna (Mentha piperita), 500 kg Saturejka zahradna (Sa500 kg Salvia officinalis L., 500 kg Allium sativum L. 500 kg Common Juniper (Juniperus communis L.), 500 kg Equisetum arvenses L. 500 kg (Matricaria recutita L.).

A more detailed specification of the subject of the order is given in the tender documents.

The applicant must meet the conditions for the personalthe construction referred to in Section 32 1) zak. no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), they shall be required to prove them in accordance with Section 32 2) resp. (4) to (5) of the law by submitting the most advanced electronic form of documents and thereafter the candidate in the first place in the order shall be required to produce the original documents or their certified true copiesii, resp. within the meaning of - 152 of the Act, an applicant who is registered in the list of economic subjects is not obliged to submit documents in order to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of the personal status according to - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act, in this case it is appropriate, but not necessarily, to submit only data on the valid entry in the list of economic entities inby the Public Procurement Office, with a registration number or identification data, on the basis of which it is possible to find it in this list. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs according to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of the laws in the wording of later regulations is entered in the list of economic subjects in the scope of recorded facts. Not reallyI am able to prove myself in accordance with - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act. In the case of a tenderer who makes a group of contractors involved in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the conditions of part of the personal status for of all members of the groupin particular, fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with -32 par. e) the law proves the member of the group only in relation to the part of the object of the contract, which is to be provided for it.

The conditions for the financial and economic standing do not apply: a) Each bidder can submit only one tender. The user can not be affiliated to a group of suppliers submitting a different offer.

B) Communication for Exploration Teaching(c) The competition is carried out electronically through the EVO portal at www.evo.gov.sk and until the identification of the potential successful candidate all documents and documents are submitted exclusively in electronic form via the EVO system. (F) The actual commencement of performance of the object of the contract shall be concluded from the signature of the contract. A contract with a successful bidder will be closed only if it is-the application for a non-repaid financial contribution is successful and the administrative check of the documentation from the public procurement will be carried out by the NFP Provider or the Provider. The scope of the scope of the procurement is a standard range that is comprehensively provided by the relevant market providers.
