Planting services along with the supply of plant material in the municipality of Krakow 2020 and care services in 2020 2021, respectively in reference from 1 to 3 parts

The subject of the contract is in particular the preparation of the substrate for planting, topond and planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, ornamental grasses, as well as their care, in the municipality of Krakow (hereinafter GMK), for the City Green Board in Krak-w (hereinafter ZZM), according to the general range described below, and detailed in the attached to the ToR of the design documentation with attachments, the master table, i.e. a tabular statement to calculate the price byferty (cost estimate), standardization, contract template and template of the offer form and its attachments, whereby the Employer allows submission of partial bids only in relation to one of the three parts selected by the Contractor. Main Site: Krakow in Central Square

1.4 Part 1 of the contract includes planting shrubs and perennials with the supply of plant materialin the municipality of Krakow in 2020 and nursing in 2020 2021 in the Central Square.

1.1 The contractor must have the competence or authority to conduct specific professional activities, as long as it results from separate provisions, allowing the implementation of the order

1.2 The contractor must find in an economic or financial situation which allows the execution of orderstherefore it must demonstrate that:

1.2.1 in part 1 of the contract has financial resources and creditworthiness of at least PLN 300, 000.00 gross (in words: three hundred thousand zlotys gross);

1.2.2 in part 1 is insured against civil liability in the scope of business activity related to the subject of the order, the amount of insurance being not less thanPLN 300, 000.00 gross (in words: three hundred thousand zlotys gross);

1.2.3 in parts 2 and 3 of the contract has financial resources and creditworthiness of at least PLN 200, 000.00 gross (in words: two hundred thousand zlotys gross) ;

1.2.4 in parts 2 and 3 is insured against civil liability in the scope of conducted business activity related to the subject of the order, wherebythe insurance amount is not less than PLN 200, 000.00 gross (say: two hundred thousand zlotys gross).

Assessment of the condition will be made using the 0 1 method, i.e. it does not meet / meet, based on the Contractor`s statements expressed in the JEDZ statement and documents and statements made by the Contractor in response to the Employer`s request in accordance with item 6 1.2 of the Terms of Reference

1.3 Other documents submittedalong with the offer:

1) offer form with attachments;

2) power of attorney (if applicable);

3) description of the subject of the contract offered and calculation of the offer price for the entire order, presented and calculated on the basis of the standard table attached to the ToR, that is, according to the tabular summary to calculate the offer price (cost estimate with the scope of works) constituting an attachment to the ToR;

4) proof into make a deposit if it is submitted in a form other than cash and paid by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Employer.
