Current maintenance of greenery, sector I and II, and tree care. The Employer allows submission of partial offers:
Main Site: Głogow, POLAND
The subject of the contract is year-round care, maintenance and ongoing maintenance of greenery in the area ofiasta Głogowa. The contract also includes maintenance of greenery in the municipal cemeteries (ul. Legnicka, Akacjowa and within the estate of Brzostow).
As part of the contract, the Contractor is required to perform the following works:
- mowing lawns, biomass export,
- spring and autumn leaf raking along with their export (manual collection and blowing),
- pruning shrubs, bytench, hedges,
- mosquito spraying,
- lawn mowing in cemeteries, stand care, removal of impurities,
- chemical spraying when attacked by pests and fungal diseases,
- watering transplanted and newly planted plants,
- fertilizing or liming terrain,
- sweeping and clearing snow from park alleys, paths at cemeteries, field stairs.
Contractoris obliged to remove at its own expense any damage that arose during the works or through its fault. to areas adjacent to the served green areas,
- Toperforming works, use technically sound equipment that, when used as intended, will not endanger human, animal or environmental health,
- Works should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act on nature protection and in accordance with the art of horticulture, applicable standards, regulations and technical knowledge, in a way that ensures safety for site users.
Contractorsa is obliged throughout the entire duration of the robot to maintain order in the area covered by the works and in places adjacent to the work area, which may be contaminated as a result of carrying out the works (e.g. pedestrian paths, bicycle paths, roadways, street greenery belts).
In direct in the vicinity of residential buildings, works with the use of combustion equipment and other equipment causing noises, should be carried out in the quiet hours (22:00 6:00).
Plant residues and waste generated during the works should be removed at the latest by 8:00 the day following the completion of works, the waste must not remain in the field for the weekend and public holiday.

1. The Employer requires submission of an offer under pain of nullity via the miniPortal, ePUAP electronic inbox.
2. The offer, otherwise being null and void, must be in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature by persons authorized to represent the Contractor.

4. The Contractor is obliged to provide a deposit in the amount of part I and II PLN 25, 000.00, in words (twenty-five thousand zlotys) for each part.
For parts III PLN 15, 000.00, in words (fifteen thousand zlotys).
5. The contractor is subject to exclusion from the procedure based on Art. 24 paragraph 1 p. 12 23, art. 24 paragraph 5 of the Public Procurement Lawicznych. In order to demonstrate the lack of grounds for exclusion, the selected Contractor shall submit the documents specified in chapter VIII of the ToR.
6. The list of documents for Contractors having their registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland shall submit the documents specified in chapter IX of the ToR.
7. The contracting authority envisages amendments to the contract. The information is included in the model contract which is an attachment toTerms of Reference.
8. Due to the limited number of details regarding the performance of the contract, the scope of the contract, documents submitted by Contractors, including foreign Contractors and the manner of submitting bids, they have been included in the ToR.
