La Communaute d'agglomeration Melun Val de Seine (CAMVS), within the framework of competences in particular in matters of spatial planning and mobilite, is in charge of maintenance and management:

This lot corresponds to the management and maintenance services for plant strata accessible by height of man and, in principle, requiring no equipment placing the position of staff work. These plant layers include:

- the muscle layer (0 to 5 cm) composed of mosses, terrestrial lichens and various plantsdwarfs,

- the herbaceous layer (5 to 80 cm) consisting essentially of grasses, flowering plants, ferns, as well as small woody sub-shrub plants such as heather, cranberries or blueberries, rhododendrons, etc. .,

- part of the low shrub layer (20 cm to 2 m) corresponding to woody plants that do not exceed this height (holly, mountain ash, yew, boxwood, etc.), without trees. The estimated annual amount of this lot is 250, 000 EUR (HT).
