Main Site: 3.8 The place of performance will be public road lanes in Ł-dź, undeveloped areas.

3.1.1 Part 1 - tree plantingin road lanes within the administrative boundaries of the city of Ł-dź in the quantities and assortment specified in Annex 2a to the ToR. The order should be carried out on the terms set out in the ToR, in particular in Annex 4a to the ToR, model contract.

24.1 The Employer does not provide:

24.1.1 conclusion of the framework agreement;

24.1.2 submission of variants;

24.1.3 settlement in foreign currency;

24.1.4 electronic auction;

24.1.5 reimbursement of costs of participation in the procedure ; 24.1.6 establishing a dynamic purchasing system.and the financing of all or part of the contract will not be awarded to him (Article 93 (1a) of the Public Procurement Law). Due to the possibility of granting additional funds for the implementation of the scope of this contract, as well as the approaching end of the vegetation period (the possibility of planting in favorable weather conditions), it is necessary and justified to shorten the deadline for submitting offers yesto make the object of the contract possible before the winter period.

25 Information clause of art. 13 GDPR.

25.1 According to art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general dispdata protection act) (Journal of Laws EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", I would like to inform you that

25.1.1 the administrator of your personal data is the City of Ł-dź City Green Board in Ł-dź, 94-303 Ł-dź, 8/10 Konstantynowska St., POLAND;

25.1.3 Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c GDPR for the purpose related to the procedure for the award of a public contract for the planting of trees and shrubs in public road lanes and in undeveloped areas in the city of Ł-dź, case number ZZM.WOA.ZP.2510.58.2019 conducted in an open tender;

25.1. 4 recipients of your personal data will be persons or entities to whom it will be made availabledocumentation of proceedings based on art. 8 and art. 96 section 3 of the Act of 29.1.2004. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1579 and 2018), hereinafter referred to as "PPL Act";

25.1.5 your personal data will be stored in accordance with art. 97 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, for a period of 4 years from the date of termination of the contract award procedure, and if the duration of the contract exceeds 4 years, thethe cancellation covers the entire duration of the contract;

25.1.6 your obligation to provide your personal data directly related to you is a statutory requirement set out in the provisions of the Public Procurement Law related to participation in the public procurement procedure; the consequences of not providing specific data result from the Public Procurement Law;

25.1.7 with respect to your personal data decisions will not beare undertaken in an automated manner, pursuant to art. 22 GDPR;
