Maintenance services of green spaces and jars and bins of the Center of Sanary-sur-Mer

The stipulations of the present Special Conditions of Contract (CCAP) common to all lots have for object the services of maintenance of green spaces, jars and bins of the Downtown Sanary-sur-Mer. Lot 1 green areas of the sectora Guicharde (sports complex, swimming pool, college, creches): green spaces of municipal equipment and roads surrounding lot 2 green spaces of the old road of Toulon

Main Site: Municipality of Sanary-sur-Mer, on the outskirts of Guicharde (sports complex, swimming pool, college, creches) plan in annex of the consultation.

Lot 1 green areas of the Guicharde sector (sports complex, swimming pool, poolege, creches): green spaces of municipal equipment and roads around.

List and brief description of the conditions: the candidate produces in support of his candidacy a declaration on the honor to justify that he does not enter in any case referred to in Articles 45 and 48 of the order of 23.7.2015 referred to above and in particular that it is in accordance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers - as well as the documents mentioned in the consultation regulation.

List and brief description of the selection criteria: a statement concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and, where applicable, the turnover of the area of activity covered by the framework agreement, covering the last 3 financial yearss available based on the date of creation of the business or the beginning of the economic operator's activity, to the extent that information on these sales figures is available. Proof of insurance for occupational risks.
