The framework agreement is executed by means of purchase orders and one-offs. It comprises:

The framework agreement is executed by means of purchase orders and single-beneficiary. It is composite and comporte:

- a lump sum part broken down into a firm tranche (F1 package) and an optional tranche (O1 package).

The firm slice includes the following benefits:

- mowing lawns,

- the collection of cuts,

- the cutting of lawns and massive,

- the cutting and plowing of the feet of buildings,

- watering,

- the size of shrubs, hedges, young trees (as well ase, where applicable, felling and staining),

- the maintenance of sandboxes.

And the optional installment includes the maintenance of alleys, sandy areas, traffic lanes, etc.

The expected services are detailed in the particular administrative and technical clauses.commercial or professional trade.

This framework agreement is part of an open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles R. 2124-2 1, L. 2124-1 and L. 2124-2 of the CCP. The transmission of the candidatures and the offers is obligatorily dematerialized. Their transmission on paper is prohibited. This Framework Agreement is composite, non-alloti and single-beneficiary. He comcarries a single market part, treated at annual fixed prices. This part includes a firm tranche and an optional tranche in accordance with Article R. 2113-4 of the CCP. And a part agreement-framework has order form, without minimum amount nor maximum amount, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162- 14 of the CCP. In accordance with Article L. 2152-7 andR. 2152-7 of the CCP, the framework agreement will be awarded to the tender, regular, acceptable and appropriate, economically the most advantageous evaluated according to the following weighted criteria:

- price (50%), estimated on the basis of a financial simulation,

- technical value of the offer (40%), assessed on the basis of the information contained in the technical brief and in accordance with the sub-criteria: - quality of human resources (20%), - quality of material resources (20%), - quality of organization (planning, quality control, respect of deadlines, security) (60%)

- sustainable development (10%), assessed in the light of the information contained in a note specifying the approach proposed by the candidate, particularly to combat soil, water and air pollution(limitation of the use of phytosanitary products, management of fertilizer inputs, limitation of fossil energy consumption: transport and use of thermal engine equipment, etc.),

- optimization of waste management (volume reduction, good disposal, revalorisation, use of recyclable materials, etc.),

- preservation of the water resource (limitationof watering), - the approach implemented within the company to promote the professional insertion of people away from employment.
