Maintenance services for hydrotechnical facilities temporarily damming water, including flood embankments along with embankments in the area of the Zarzadu Basin in Jasło. Services mainly include mowing and removal of trees and shrubs.

Main Site: Subcarpathian Voivodeship, Tarnobrzeg subregion

The scope of the subject matter of the order includes works related to maintaining the left embankment of the Wisłoka River in Zawierzbie and Żyrak-w (km 53 800-55 600). does not set any requirements in this area.

The ordering party does not make any demands in this regard- the Contractor is obliged to pay a bid bond in the amount of: - Part 1 - PLN 1, 100

Part 2 - PLN 2, 200.

The Contracting Authority foresees the exclusion of the contractor based on: a) art. 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 Public Procurement Law,

b) art. 24 sec. 5 points 1 of the Act on Public Procurement Law, i.e. contractor in relation to which it was openedthe appearance, in the system approved by the court in the restructuring proceedings, is intended to satisfy the creditors by liquidation of its assets or the court ordered the liquidation of its assets pursuant to art. 332 par. 1 of the Act of 15.5.2015 - Restructuring Law or whose bankruptcy was announced, with the exception of the contractor who, after the bankruptcy, concluded a system approved by a valid postcourt annotation, if the agreement does not provide for satisfying the creditors by liquidating the assets of the bankrupt, unless the court ordered the liquidation of its assets pursuant to art. 366 para. 1 of the Act of 28.2.2003 - Bankruptcy Law - List of statements or documents confirming compliance with the conditions of participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion:

1) List of documents to be attached to the offerrzetargowa (ie up to the date of submitting bids):

a) The statement in the form of the Single European Order Document is attached as Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference.

b) Document confirming the payment of the bid security.

2) List of documents that must be submitted to the ordering party 3 days from the date of placing information about which the subject matter is referred to on the website of the contracting partyrt. 86 par. 5:

a) Declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to a capital group (within the meaning of the Act of 16.2.2007 on competition and consumer protection, ie Journal of Laws of 2018, item 798 with later amendments) constitutes the attachment No. 3 to the Specification of Essential Terms of Orders.

3) List of documents for submission of which contractors will be called after opening the offers in the order designated by(a) A copy from the relevant register or central records and business information, if separate regulations require an entry in the register or records, in order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion under Art. 24 sec. 5 points 1 of the Act. The ordering party will use generally available databases. Contractors should indicate to the orderer generally availablee, and electronically maintained databases from which the contracting authority may, free of charge, obtain certain documents confirming the contractor's subjective situation.

b) Current information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 21 par. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids. Communication in proceedings between the contracting authority and contractors is carried out in accordance with the provisions of art. 10a of the Public Procurement Law. - Contractors are bound by the offer for 60 days from the deadline for submitting bids.

The Ordering Party does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 6 and 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
