Services and construction works in the field of maintaining hydrotechnical structures temporarily damming water, including flood banksiowych along with the embankments in the area of the Zlewnia Board in Jasło. Services mainly include mowing and removal of trees and shrubs, while construction works earthworks.

Main Site: Subcarpathian Voivodeship, Krosno Subregion The scope of the subject matter of the order includes works related to maintenance of the left embankment of the Wisłoka River in Osiek Jasielski (length 0.720 km) .

The ordering party will not placeand in this respect no requirements.

The Ordering Party does not set any requirements in this respect.

The Contractor is obliged to pay a bid bond in the amount of:

The Contracting Authority foresees the exclusion of the contractor based on: a) art. 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 of the Procurement Law Act pu(b) Articles 24 sec. 5 points 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the contractor in relation to which liquidation has been opened, in the court-approved arrangement in the restructuring proceedings, the creditors are expected to settle by liquidation of their property or the court ordered the liquidation of its property pursuant to art. 332 par. 1 of the Act of 15/05/2015 - Restructuring Law or whichthe bankruptcy was announced, with the exception of the contractor who, after the bankruptcy, concluded an arrangement approved by a final court decision, if the arrangement does not provide for satisfying the creditors by liquidating the assets of the bankrupt, unless the court ordered the liquidation of its assets pursuant to art. 366 para. 1 of the Act of 28.2.2003 - Bankruptcy Law.

Offer in a postshould be drawn up and forwarded to the orderer in accordance with art. 10a para. 1 and 4 of the Act on Public Procurement Law. - Communication in proceedings between the contracting authority and contractors is carried out in accordance with the provisions of art. 10a of the Public Procurement Law. - Contractors are bound by the offer for 60 days from the deadline for submitting offers.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the procurement ofin art 67 sec. 1 point 6 and 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
