The task is to perform ongoing maintenance (maintaining) natural watercourses to maintain and improve their technical efficiency. The order has been divided into parts. The contractor canmake an offer for one or more parts of the order. The Employer requires that all persons employed in the positions of the worker, who are directly involved in the implementation of the order, are employed under a contract of employment throughout the duration of the contract. The number of workers involved in the implementation of the order is to ensure timely implementation of the order. The above requirement applies to worksperformers carrying out activities indicated in the robot dimension. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the SIWZ.

Maintenance works on the site will consist in: - bilateral manual extraction of dense, hard lichens from escarpments, counting from the slope in km 39 550/42 300, 46 750/52 100 and 52 500/53 700, with an average miter width of 2.0 m with a rake. BUsually, first of all, lichens should be removed from one scarp, and after their completion, begin to mollify opposite slopes,

- manual removal of thick, hard lichens from the bottom of the watercourse at km 39 550/42 300, 46 750/52 100 and 52 500 / 53 700 with a rake, unconditionally after making the lichen fungal growth.

The contracting authority requires that all persons employed in positionsThe offender, who was directly involved in the implementation of the contract, were employed under a contract of employment throughout the period of the contract. The above requirement applies to employees who carry out the activities indicated in the robot dimension.

A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the SIWZ.In terms of economic and financial situation, the Contractor will present a document confirming that he is insured against civil liability in the scope of business related to the subject of the order for a guarantee sum determined by the ordering party. The offer consists of the following statements, documents and attachments: - Offer form completed on basis of the acting formulaego Annex No. 1 to the ToR, drawn up, under pain of nullity, in electronic form and bearing a qualified electronic signature, - Uniform European order document [EAT], ie valid as of the day of submitting bids statement in the scope indicated by the Ordering Party in the Notice of Procurement or in the specification of relevant order conditions. Information included in the statement of statethere is preliminary confirmation that the contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. EAT is drawn up, under pain of nullity, in electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature, and sent along with the offer by means of electronic communication in accordance with point. 17.2 SIWZ,

- Contractor, which relies on the resources of other entities to confirmfulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure, submits the third party liability (in electronic form bearing the qualified electronic signature of the third party), - Offer cost estimate prepared, under pain of nullity, in the form of an electronic document with a qualified electronic signature, taking into account the requirements of point 22.4 of the Terms of Reference, - - Plenipotentiariesctwa - should be drawn up in electronic form and bearing a qualified electronic signature by persons authorized to represent the company, in accordance with the registration act or a copy certified by a notary public using electronic signature,

- Contractors jointly applying for the order, attach a statement in which they set up a representative to represent them inproceedings for the award or representation in the proceedings and conclusion of a public procurement contract. This statement (power of attorney) should be made in accordance with clause 11.1.5 of the ToR,

- The bid bond should be paid in accordance with point 14 of the ToR.

Folded independently by the Contractor within 3 days of placing the information by the Ordering Party from the opening of offers:

- Independent contractore (without a request) within 3 days from the date of posting information on the Awarding Entity's website, referred to in point 20.4.1 of the ToR, shall provide the Employer with a declaration of affiliation or non-affiliation to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point23 of the Act. Along with the submission of the statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Contractor nand lead to distortion of competition in the procurement procedure. The Contractor shall submit a statement in electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature via a miniPortal or via e-mail, the address of which has been indicated in point 1.1 of the ToR.
