Maintenance services for hydrotechnical structures temporarily damming water, including flood embankments along with embankments in the Catchment Management Area in Jasło . Services mainly include mowing and removal of trees and shrubs. The scope of the subject of the ordering of the clampit works related to the maintenance of the left embankment of the Wielopolka River.

Services for the maintenance of hydrotechnical structures temporarily damming water, including flood embankments along with embankments at the Zlotnia Board in Jasło. Services mainly include mowing and removal of trees and shrubs. The scope of the subject matter of the contract covers workse) related to maintaining the left embankment of the Wielopole River. The Ordering Party does not set any requirements in this respect. The Ordering Party does not set any requirements in this respect. The Contractor is obliged to pay a bid bond in the amount of 240 PLN in one or several of the following forms:

- money on the account 05113010170020151067900012

- bank guarantees or societal savings bank guaranteeso-credit, however, the surety is always a cash guarantee

- bank guarantees

- insurance guarantees

- sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b par. 5 points 2 of the Act of 9.11.2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development

The Contracting Authority foresees the exclusion of the contractor based on: a) art. 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 of the Act - Lawpublic authorities,

b) art. 24 sec. 5 points 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the contractor in relation to which liquidation has been opened, in the court-approved arrangement in the restructuring proceedings, the creditors are expected to settle by liquidation of their property or the court ordered the liquidation of its property pursuant to art. 332 par. 1 of the Act of 15/05/2015 - Restructuring Law lin which the bankruptcy was announced, with the exception of the contractor who, after the bankruptcy, concluded a system approved by a final court decision, if the arrangement does not provide for creditors to be satisfied by liquidating the assets of the bankrupt, unless the court ordered the liquidation of its assets pursuant to art. 366 para. 1 of the Act of 28.2.2003 - Bankruptcy Law - List of statements or supporting documentsmeeting the conditions of participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion:

1) List of documents that should be attached to the tender (ie up to the offer submission date):

a) The statement in the form of the Single European Order Document is attached as Annex 2 to the specification of essential conditions .

b) Document confirming the payment of the bid bond.

2) List of documents which must be taken overto be prepared by the ordering party within 3 days from the date of placing information on the website of the ordering party mentioned in art. 86 par. 5:

a) Declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to a capital group (within the meaning of the Act of 16.2.2007 on competition and consumer protection, ie Journal of Laws of 2018, item 798 with later amendments) constitutes Annex 3 to the specification of essential conditions

3) List of documents for submission of which contractors will be called after opening bids in the time set by the ordering party:

a) Copy from the relevant register or central register and business information, if separate regulations require entry in the register or records, to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion under Art. 24 sec. 5 points 1 of the Act. WITHthe amateurs in this area will benefit from the generally available databases. Contractors should indicate to the orderer generally available, and electronically maintained databases, from which the contracting authority may obtain free of charge certain documents confirming the contractor's subjective situation.

B) Current information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 21 par. 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Law onpublic authorities, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids.

c) The Contractor's statement about the lack of a ruling against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders is attached as Annex 4 to the specification of significant conditional orders. d) Power of attorney in the case when the offer is signed by the attorney or proxies of the offerthe proceedings should be drawn up and forwarded to the orderer in accordance with art. 10a para. 1 and 4 of the Act on Public Procurement Law. - Communication in proceedings between the contracting authority and contractors is carried out in accordance with the provisions of art. 10a of the Public Procurement Law Act

Contractors are bound by the offer for 60 days from the deadline for submitting offers.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the procurement of whichreferred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 6 and 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
