Punctual maintenance of green spaces

Consultation initiated by a group of orders consists of the following members: City of Tours; coordinator of the group of orders: Tours Metropole Val de Loire. Walking reserved to a structure of insertion by the economic activity.

Main Site: The metropolitan and communal territory.

Formwalk: has purchase orders with minimum. Assignment of a single market. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year, from 1.3.2019 to 29.2.2020.

Estimated annual amounts per lot and per community are as follows: Tours Metropole: 50, 000.00 EUR (excluding VAT); City of Tours: 35 000, 00 EUR (ex VAT).

The application can be presented either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (available free on the site www.economie.gouv.fr.), or in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME). Electronic transmission of envelopes is required for this consultation. Therefore, paper transmission does notis not allowed. The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer's profile. However, the transmission of documents on an electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, USB key ...) is not allowed. The choice of transmission mode is global and irreversible. Candidates must apply the same method of transmission to all documents transmitted to thecontracting.

Each transmission will be subject to a certain date of receipt and an acknowledgment of electronic receipt. As such, the reference time zone is (GMT 01:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid. The bend will be considered if the download ends after the expected date and time. If a new letter is sent electronically by the same candidate, thisit cancels and replaces the previous fold. The fold can be duplicated by a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, USB key) or on paper. This copy must be placed in a fold bearing the mention, as well as the name of the candidate and the identification of the procedure concerned. It is open in the following cases:

- whena malicious computer program is detected in the electronically transmitted mail, - when the electronic mail is incompletely received, out of time or could not be opened, provided that its transmission started before the closing of the delivery of the folds.

No electronic format is recommended for the transmission of documents. However, the files will have to be transmittedin widely available formats. The electronic signature of documents is not required for this consultation. The electronic formats in which documents can be transmitted are as follows. After allocation, the electronic tender selected may be converted into a paper offer to give rise to the handwritten signature of the framework agreement by the parties. The Faccess to the network and recourse to the electronic signature are the responsibility of the candidates.
