1) The net profit for the last three years of the tenderer's tender must be at least EUR 300 000 annually. If pthe acquirer has acted for less than three years, the net profit for each year is taken into account. If the tenderer has not provided the data supporting the condition of the tender in the composition of the tender, the contractor's wares will provide the provider with information on the net profit for the years ended in the year. The data of the provider registered in Estonia is independently verified by the contracting authority from the public register of the aerial register.

2) The tenderer must have a procurement contractIt is possible to cover up to EUR 150 000 (up to a half past one thousand) in cash. The tenderer confirms the compliance with the condition in the procurement bundle. If the tenderer has not submitted the data supporting the conditional condition in the tender submission, the tenderer's wagers must provide the tenderer with a delayed confirmation letter and a letter of confirmation to the tender promoter.
