For each lot, the financial capacity and economic is justified by the following reference:

The annual turnover specific to the area of activity covered by the contracte, covering at most the last 3 years available according to the date of the establishment of the undertaking or the beginning of the activities of the economic operator, insofar as the information on these turnover figures is available, must at least EUR 15 000 000 per year.

The turnover must be linked to the services provided in this specification.

However, if fora justified reason, the economic operator is not able to produce the reference elements requested by the contracting authority, it is authorized to prove its economic and financial capacity by any other document. It is up to the contracting authority to assess the appropriateness or otherwise of the document presented.

Additional minimum level requires:

In case of award of the two lotsto the same tenderer the minimum level required for the specific annual turnover is EUR 25 000 000 over the last 3 financial years.
