Planting and maintenance of green areas.

Letters of Guarantee referred to in paragraphs 2.2.2 and 4.1) are issued by credit institutions legally operating in the Member States of the Union or the European Economic Area or in the States Parties to the SJU. and have, in accordance with the provisions in force, that right. They can also be issued by the ETAA. - TEME or providedwith a bill of the Deposits and Loans Fund with a deposit of the corresponding amount of money. For the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, the participating economic operators (tenderers) shall file a letter of guarantee, to the amount of EUR 8, 862.00 (eight thousand eight hundred and sixty two euros).in the case of an association of economic operators, the guarantee of participation also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators participating in the association.

The participation guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the end of the period of validity of the offer in Article 2.4.5) of the present, ie up to 210 days, otherwise the offer is rejected. The contracting authority may, before the expiry of the bid, ask the tenderer to extend the term of validity of the tender and of the participation guarantee before the expiry of the tender.

The guarantee is returned to the contractor upon presentation of the performance guarantee. to the other tenderers, in accordance with the provisions of Article 72 of Law 4412/2016.if the offeror withdraws his offer during this period, provides false information or information referred to in Articles 2.2.3 to 2.2.8). Performance guarantee and advance payment guarantee

The signing of the contract requires the performance of a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, the amount of which is 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, and deposited before or at the time of signing the contract.must contain as a minimum the elements of the present and the number and title of the relevant contract. The content of this contract will be in accordance with the provisions of Article 72 of Law 4412/2016.

The performance guarantee for the contract covers in a comprehensive and non-discriminatory manner the application of all the terms of the contract and any claim by the contracting authority• The performance guarantee is forfeited in the event of a breach of the terms of the contract, as it specifies in particular. • The performance guarantee shall be reimbursed in its entirety after its definitive receipt of the quality and quality of the contract object of the contract. If in the Final Qualitative and Quantitative Receipt Protocol acomments are received or there is a delayed delivery, the return of the above guarantees is made after the observations and delays.

The financing of this contract is the Municipality of Elefsina. The expenditure for this contract is charged to the CA 20.6262.0088 relative credit of the budget of the Agency for the financial year 2018.

The economic operators involvedin the process of concluding this Convention, they must engage in a related professional activity in the field of provision of services which is the management of green areas and, in addition, have the specific approval where necessary for the collection and transport of green residues. Economic operators, established in a Member State of the European Union, are requiredbe registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their State of establishment or satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or in third countrieswhich are not covered by the previous case and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be entered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.

Especially for economic operators established in Greece, the following are required: (1) be enrolled in a chamber of commerce with a related activity; and2) have a permit for the collection and transport of non-hazardous waste (spatially appropriate), including the European Waste Code (EWC): 20 02 01 (accompanied by the proof of registration in the Electronic Waste Register of the Ministry of the Environment, A.) The above standard on exclusion penalty should be fulfilled by the participating economic operators at the stage of submitting the bidand shall be evidenced by the relevant supporting documents described in paragraph 2.2.9.2.B2) of this Notice.
