Care for yard areas Housing management of the City of Helsinki Housing Ltd.

The acquisition concerns the care of the yards of the housing estates of the City of Helsinki Housing for two (2) years. The contract may be extended by the two (2) option years of the contractual term. Bids are subject to the total annual installment.

Msite: The sites are located in different parts of Helsinki (see the attached location map of the sites).

The treatment site is suitable for the care of courtyards of special habitation areas, such as lawns, seasonal plants, perennials, shrubs and trees. The procurement is described in more detail in the appendix to the tender specifications.

The layout of the yard is varying, and they are notyou are not binding on the subscriber.

The contractor shall be chosen as the contractor for the suitability of the contract and the total price (including the yearly option) the lowest contractor. The tenderer must comply with the requirements set out in the ESPD form and the other terms and conditions of the tender specifications. the tenderer and its potential suppliersthe obligations under Section 5 (22.5.2015 / 678) of the Local Government Act (1233/2006) as well as the minimum requirements for the development of the contracting entity related to the suitability of the tenderer.
