Planting and maintenance services of greenery at the premises of EYDAP. The subject matter of this contract is the planting - maintenance services of green areas, in open spaces of EYDAP facilities. Inc., including the requiredmaterials and fittings for all the above services.

The scope of this contract is the planting and maintenance services of green areas, in the open spaces of EYDAP's premises. Inc., including the materials and components required, for all the above services.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to exerciseprofessional activity related to the subject of the services to be provided.

To this end, EYDAP SA requires economic operators to be registered in one of the industrial, professional or commercial registers kept in their Member State of establishment as described in Annex XI of Appendix A to L. 4412/2016 or to be ableany other requirement laid down in this Annex and where candidates have to be specifically authorized or members of a particular organization to be able to provide the service in question in their country of origin to prove that they have such authorization or are members of this organization.

Especially for economic operators established in Greece, • For economic and financial adequacy, for the current procurement process, economic operators are required to have an average annual turnover for the preceding 3 years, cumulative at least equal to the an amount of EUR 200 000.00.

If the applicant economic operator, it is required for a period of less than 3 years, it is required, for those periods of management, to have an average annual turnover of at least EUR 100 000.

Relevant requests for clarification are submitted electronically, no later than eleven (11) days before the closing date for submission of tenders, they can be found on the website of the competition via the web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr, ESDIIS. Requests for additional information - clarifications are submitted by registered economic operators, ie from those who have the relevant credentials (user name and password) and, necessarily, the computerfile with the text of the queries is electronically signed.
