The prices of services subject to the public contract are unit prices applied to the quantities actually performed in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Decree No. 2016-360. The public market is concluded with no minimum quantity and no maximum quantity.

Each economic operator, or, in case of grouping and / or subcontracting, each co-contractor and subcontractor will have to produce a complete file including the following parts, dates and signed by him:
