Marche relating to the benefits of green spaces of the Marseille Provence Airport (2 lots)

The present market includes the services of mowing grassy areas, maintenance and creation of green spaces as well as interior plants of Marseille Provence Airport. This market is fromcomposed in two lots as follows:

Main Site: Aeroport Marseille Provence

This lot includes the services of mowing grass areas, clearing pits, phytosanitary treatment (weeding or insecticide at a fixed price) and the establishment of sowing on the Marseille Provence Airport site. About 3 to 4 mowing a year. The area of the area haster is about 13 ha and 4.2 km of ZCV pit as well as 215 ha and 3.6km of ZSAR pit.

The application will be examined in accordance with Articles 43 to 55 of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 and 45 to 48 of the order 2015-899 of 23.7.2015. Only applications presenting sufficient technical, financial and professional guarantees with regard to the subject and the importance of the market, or-of the lot (s) concerned, will be retained. The candidates will produce: - the letter of application or DC1, - the declaration of the candidate or DC2, - in the event of judicial reorganization, the copy of the judgment, - the documents required in points III.1.2 and III.1.3 In replacement, the candidate may submit a DUME accompanied by the elements required in III.1.2 and III.1.3). In case of grouping or subcontractinge, each must provide a complete application file. For subcontractors, a DC4 declaration or commitment letter will have to be provided.

For each lot:

- statement of the global turnover and turnover for the last 3 years (lots 1 and 2),

- a certificate of insurance covering occupational risks for the current year; felling pruning (for the lot 2).

Procedure negotiated in 2 stages:

step 1: call for applications and selection of candidates;

step 2: sending of the DCE to the selected candidates only.

The candidate must indicate the e-mail address to which will be sent the code to access the DCE on the buyer profile. The monetary unit used is the euro.
