Two-year contract for the maintenance and management of green areas or for such areas end destined, owned or in use to ADR SpA and located inside the sediment, fuofrom the customs area of the Leonardo da Vinci airport of Fiumicino.

Main Site: Fiumicino Airport - Leonardo da Vinci

The two-year contract provides for the maintenance and management of green areas, including uncultivated and / or border areas, as well as the planters inside the air terminals, located on the airport grounds, outside the customs belt of the Fiumicino airport. The activities-main crops are mowing, pruning and sponging of shrubs, bushes, hedges and full-height trees, as well as everything necessary to keep the areas covered by the contract in good condition. The two-year contract amount, net of options, is EUR 1 169 016.00, broken down as follows: EUR 938 458.00 for maintenance and management, subject to auction discounting; 229 058.00-EUR as the maximum amount available to the Customer for any activities to be carried out upon explicit request of the same, to be offset subject to auction discount - please note that this amount does not represent for the Client any obligation to entrust activities up to the competition; EUR 1 500.00 for security charges to be offset, not subject to discount.

The option of preroga and described in the following point II.2.11.

List and brief description of the conditions:

Each company, single, grouped or consortium of an ordinary consortium of competitors, or a company participating in an EEIG or party to a network contract must produce, under penalty of exclusion, together with the application for participation:

a) certification of the registration in theRegister of companies or in the register of craft enterprises; for competitors not based in Italy, the provisions of art. 83 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;

b) declaration made pursuant to the D.P.R. 445/2000, digitally signed by the Legal Representative / Attorney with powers of the company, certifying:

1) that there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 D.Lgs. 50/2016 for the company, for itself, nor for each of the subjects referred to in paragraph 3 of the same art. 80;

2) in the case of consortia pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, lett. b) and c) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the indication of the consortium members, named by name, for which the consortium competes;

c) in the case referred to in point b2) and, in any case, in any case associated consortium allsecuring the contract, the representative with powers of the designated consortium must in turn produce the declaration, made pursuant to the D.P.R. 445/2000, that there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 D.Lgs. 50/2016 for the company, for itself, nor for each of the subjects referred to in paragraph 3 of the same art. 80;

d) a copy of a document capable of confirming the signatory powers of the-legal representative / special attorney (eg: CCIAA certificate, special power of attorney, minutes of meeting); e) in the case of RTI or ordinary consortium of competitors not yet established at the time of submission of the application for participation, all companies meet o consorziande will have to digitally sign, each in the person of its legal representative, the dican undertaking to give a mandate to the designated agent; in this declaration the share of participation in the RTI / ordinary consortium of competitors of each joint / consorzianda company must be indicated, as well as the parts / quotas of the contract to be carried out by the individual economic operators meeting or consortium members. In the case of RTI or ordinary consortium of competitors already costsinstead, an authentic copy of the special collective mandate with representation to the company qualified as mandatary must be produced and the parts / quotas of the contract to be performed by the individual economic operators meeting or consortium must be specified. In all cases, the agent must meet the requirements and perform the services to a greater extent.

Furthermore, thereanother competitor must also produce a declaration, digitally signed by his legal representative, indicating the domicile elected for communications as well as the PEC address. In consideration of the specificity of the contract, which involves investments in terms of machinery and equipment, each competitor must produce, under penalty of exclusion, simultaneously with the presentationand of the application for participation, a declaration, made pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/200, digitally signed by the legal representative with powers of the company, certifying the realization of a specific turnover, related to the service of management and maintenance of green areas, in the three years 2015-2017 not less than EUR 2 200 000.00.

Without prejudice to the fact that each competitor will have to meet all sodundoing the aforementioned requirement, it should be noted that, in the case of ordinary ATI / Consortium of competitors, the agent, or one of the companies participating in the EEIG or party to a network contract, must possess the abovementioned requirement for at least 40% and each mandator for at least 10%. In any case, the agent must possess the requisites and perform the services to a greater extent-and each joint / consortium company must possess the prescribed requirement corresponding to the part of the service it intends to perform.

1) Tender procedure managed by telematic means. Requests for participation, including all declarations and all the documentation required in this announcement, must be inserted, digitally signed, under penalty of exclusion.where requested, on the ADR portal, in a digital closed envelope, no later than the deadline referred to in point IV.2.2) of this announcement. To insert the application form: register with the ADR purchasing portal (www.pleiade.it/adr/sourcing), by clicking on the name of the competition you will find the details of the event. To participate click and proceed with registration by filling in the required fields. AOnce registered, log in with your username and password, and then log in to the competitions platform. Proceed then by sending the application form, including all the declarations and all the documentation requested in the present announcement, by clicking on, according to the instructions provided by the platform and by the present call for tenders. The mode of presentation of the offerta will be those indicated in the subsequent letter of invitation;

2) in order to participate, it is necessary that the companies possess the following minimum IT equipment: a PC connected to the Internet with the following browser versions: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari. It is possible to contact the contact point for information regarding general operating proceduresof operation of the portal. The application form, the offer and the statements that are or will be requested must be signed with a digital signature. If the legal representative / attorney of an eventual auxiliary company, or any third party that must issue declarations, does not have a digital signature, his declarations, signed in a way-traditional, must be attached in a scanned copy by the competitor who must accompany these copies with a digitally signed declaration, stating that these documents conform to the originals in his possession. In the event of an award, the originals of these documents must be produced to the contracting authority during the phase of post-race law checks, as-proves the authenticity of what has been declared. In the case of joint enterprises, and sufficient that only one company, the designated agent in the case of ATI / Ordinary Consortium of competitors, constituting or constituted, or only one of the companies constituting the EEIG or party to a network contract, registers to the portal purchases and produces all the documentation required for itself and for aother companies combined; it should also be noted that the declarations of each company must be digitally signed by their respective legal representatives, who must all sign, in the case of the ATI / Consorzio ordinary consortium, the related declaration of commitment to conferring a representation mandate to one of they;

3) ADR reserves the faculty, in any momenti before the opening of tenders, to suspend or cancel the tender procedure without, in such eventuality, the competitors may have nothing to claim;

4) Pursuant to art. 95, c. 12, Legislative Decree 50/2016 ADR reserves the right not to proceed with the award if no offer is convenient or suitable in relation to the subject of the contract;

5) ADR reserves the right to stopthe procedure, that is, to proceed equally in the case of only one application for participation, or in the case of a single valid offer. The provisions of paragraph 4 above remain unchanged;
