Public service contract, commissioned by open management, as a framework agreement according to - 131, 132 and following ZZVZ in its current form. The Ramc Agreement will be determined in accordance with Section 132 (3) of the Letter. b) without restarting the competition between the participants and will be concluded with one winning bidder.

The proof of the commercial listing and the extract from the Živnostensk- institut proving trade license, for the provision of services to the extent corresponding to the object prohibitedthese will be documented in plain copy, - the extract from the Commercial Register, if it is entered in it, or the extract from another, similarly to the record, if registered in it, - a document on the right to business according to special legal regulations corresponding to the subject public bids, in particular a document proving a trade license or a license or a concession for the provision of the relevant services. The record must be clear; who carries out the activity of the responsible representative of the tenderer within the meaning of Section 11 of Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on Trades Licensing, as amended, for trades documented by the tenderer in connection with the fulfillment of public contracts. In the sense that he is a physicistperson and not obliged to appoint a responsible representative, they have communicated this fact in the offer by way of a declaration of honor. If the applicant is not entered in the trade register, they have communicated this fact in the form of an affidavit in the offer. When submitting a multiple supplier's offer together, each of the persons submitting the offer together shall submit a record of the trade registration in the manner described above.(2) (b) the contracting authority shall shorten the period for submitting the offer to 23 days with regard to the circumstances.

Reason for shortening the deadline: The contracting authority canceled the previous selection of the management pursuant to Section 127 (d) of the Act on ZVZ as there were reasons during the inves- tigation procedure special considerations, including economic reasons, for which the contracting authority may not be required to continue in the procurement procedure, irrespective of whetherthese reasons were caused by the contracting authority or not. Because of the necessity of securing the first public green vegetation in the towns of Chomutov, when the first mow was in the last year since 10th April 2017, the contracting authority therefore proceeded to the abbreviated shortening of the deadline for submitting the offer.
