Acquisition of labor mobility contracts

The municipality of Utrecht intends to conclude three framework agreements with regard to the takeover of labor mobility contracts. The municipality intends to award the contract to three tenderers. The municipality awards the contract to the tenderers with the lowest priceOne of a mobility service contract is a special agreement between employer, employee and the contractor. Whether a mobility service contract is entered into is always dependent on the specific situation for which a solution is sought and the willingness of the employee to voluntarily make the switch to the contractor. The duration of the mobility relationship is a result of de negotiation of the termination of employment between the municipality and the employee. The scope of the assignment can therefore not be determined in advance. To whom a specific mobility service contract is awarded from the contractors depends on the employee's choice.
