Delivery of complete equipment for trenchless renovation of pipelines (plumbing and water pipes)

1. The subject of the order is an operating lease with the right to buy a system for renovation of the sewerage network by the sleeve method (with the option of repairing the water supply network) installed on the truck chassis together with a heating device built on the trailer anda system of hydraulic robots mounted on VAN chassis, including:

The subject of the order is an operating lease with the right to buy a system for renovation of the sewerage network by the sleeve method (with the possibility of repairing the water supply network) installed on the truck chassis together with a heating device built on the trailer and a system of hydraulic robots built on the chassistype VAN, including:

- a brand new car with an installation for wetting the sleeves with epoxy resin,

- a brand new trailer with a boiler room and a generator set to supply the system,

- a brand new car with hydraulic cutters.

1) Basic requirements (technical) :

a) vehicles and equipment - brand new, unused, technically efficient, free from defects, produced no earlier than 2018,

b) vehicles that meet the technical requirements for vehicles traveling on public roads, including technical conditions resulting from the Act of 20.6.1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1990, as amended) and executive regulations to the Act,

c) due warranty period for vehicles, min. 24 months, no mileage limit, and no limit of worked hours worked, and min.24 months for the trailer,

d) due warranty period of the equipment min. 24 months, - e) the guarantee for the subject of leasing runs from the date of signing the acceptance report,

f) vehicles (if it is required by law) having the approval, issued in accordance with the Road Traffic Act,

g) theoretical and practical training of employees Ordering party and technical supervision for etatheoretical and practical training.

2) It is required to submit offers - a combination of purchase and leasing along with the implementation of some of the required services related to it.

3) Other issues related to the description of the orders are included in the Terms of Reference. to apply to Contractors who: 1. The ordering party indicates what declarations or documents he requests from the Contractor. It must be clear from their content that the abovementioned the Contractor met the conditions. The Awarding Entity will assess the speall required conditions on the basis of declarations and documents required by the Contractor, required in accordance with the terms of the relevant conditions of the order. • Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the economic or financial situation may apply for the order. The contractor will fulfill the condition if it proves that it has credit or ownership capacityand financial resources in the amount of at least PLN 4, 500, 000.00. To confirm that this condition is met, the Employer requests information from the bank or cooperative savings and credit union confirming the amount of funds held or the creditworthiness of the contractor in the amount of at least PLN 4, 500, 000.00, in a period not earlier than one month before the deadline expires.offers.
