Execution of a construction project which also serves as executive documentation, task UP / 00337669 / Gazyfikacja / Radlin / Narutowicza / Morcinka / Zapolskiej / Puszkina / Gazownia Rybnik / Construction of a medium pressure gas pipeline; obtaining all required options, permits and decisions, including obtaining a building permit decision with a last resort clause, making take-offs of works, investor cost estimates, as well as providing services of an expert on the subject and the value of the contract in each procedure for the award of a contract for the execution of construction works covered by a given project and author`s supervision.

- medium pressure gas pipeline Dn 110 PE with a length of about 2 754 meters,

- place of switching on a medium pressure gas pipeline Dn 160 PE in Rybnik at Sportowa Street,

- on the nodes 8 and 9 of the planned gasification a pressure recording system with telemetry should be designeddata acquisition.

They have the competence or authority to conduct specific professional activities, if it results from separate provisions. the contracting authority does not specify this condition.

They are in an appropriate economic or financial situation, i.e. they are insured against civil liability in the scope of their activities related to the subject of the contract for a sum insured of at leastthe amount of the gross bid submitted, not less than PLN 200, 000 (say: two hundred thousand zlotys).

I. The contractor, within 3 days from the date of posting on the website "zamycji.psgaz.pl" in the said procedure, the information referred to in Article 86 (5) of the Act, provides the contracting authority with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group, aboutreferred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 23 of the Act.

II. Before awarding the contract, the contracting authority will call the contractor whose offer has been rated the highest to submit it within 10 days, valid as at the date of submitting the statements or documents confirming the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 of the Act, the list of which is included in item 8.13 of the ToR.
