Renting multifunctional equipment and securing its service

The subject of the public offer is the rent of 24 multifunctional equipment of 3 category (A, B, C) including regular service services for 5 years. Minimum parameters of the required equipment are given in the documentation. Regular service includes:

The subject of the public offer is the lease of 24 multipurpose equipment 3 category (A, B, C) including regular service services for 5 years. Minimum parameters of the required equipment are given in the documentation. Regular service includes: • monitoring of equipment • servicing of equipment regular maintenance according to the number of realized outputs (according to the monitoring of the equipment), • exchange of dilutes with specified• Maintenance of the equipment in a trouble-free way • The required services are also proactive monitoring (24 h / 7 days in the week) ), automatic counting of billing counters, automatic ordering of toner supplies, regular checks and adjustments according to the counters' status of individual machinesThe Contractor proves the fulfillment of the professional qualification by submitting: a) a copy of the Commercial Register or other similarly to the Register, if another legal regulation requires such registration, at least in a simple copy, b) a document on the right to business to the extent corresponding to the subject publicly orders, unless otherwise required by law, such as at least a copy.for entrepreneurship

The contractor shall submit, in particular as proof of his / her entitlement to entrepreneurial activity, an extract from the trade registration (Article 10 (3) of Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on Trade Licenses) in the scope corresponding to the subject of public procurement.
