Acquisition of paper for copiers, printers and faxes, A3 and A4, according to the quantities and technical specifications in the specifications. The term to which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or supplementary informationthe tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.

Acquisition of paper for copiers, printers and faxes, A3 and A4, according to the quantities and specTechnical Requirements in the Specifications.

Requirement 1: Non-compliance of tenderers, third parties and subcontractors in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on public acquisitions, updated.

Mode of accomplishment: Obligation to complete and initiate the UAE by the tenderers (including for associates / subcontractors / thirds supporters) in thecompliance with the provisions of art. 193 par. (1) of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement as the first proof of non-compliance with exclusion and capacity requirements. The DUAE will include, as appropriate, information on: third-party supporters, associates and subcontractors, in accordance with the provisions of art. 183, art. 170 par. (3) and art. 193 195 of Law 98/2016. bidder-ranked first after application of the award criterion on admissible tenders will prove non-compliance in exclusion situations by submitting, at the request of the contracting authority, the following information and documents:

The economic operators who download this award documentation directly from the attachment to the-participation in the SEAP have the obligation to follow in the SICAP the "Documents and clarifications" section, the attachment of the various communications made by the Contracting Authority, following requests for clarification requested by some potential bidders. The files that will be uploaded in SEAP by the bidders will be signed with the extended electronic signature of the legal / empowered representative (to be empowered) of the economic operator, depending on its quality:partner / third party / subcontractor. The failure of the DUAE with the offer (including its associate / third party) raises its rejection as unacceptable, according to art. 137 par. (2) lit. b) from H.G. no. 395/2016. With the offer, the DUAE will be the firm commitment of the third party, which will show how it will materialize its support or, as the case may be, the subcontract agreementhas and / or the association agreement. The submission of the documents / documents will be made, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder ranked first after applying the award criterion.
