Acquisition of paper for copiers, printers and faxes, A3 and A4, according to the quantities and technical specifications in the specifications. The term to which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or supplementary informationthe tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.

Requirement 1: Non-compliance of tenderers, third parties and subcontractors in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on public acquisitions, updated.

Mode of accomplishment: Obligation to complete and initiate the UAE by the tenderers (including for associates / subcontractors / thirds supporters) in thecompliance with the provisions of art. 193 par. (1) of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement as the first proof of non-compliance with exclusion and capacity requirements. The DUAE will include, as appropriate, information on: third-party supporters, associates and subcontractors, in accordance with the provisions of art. 183, art. 170 par. The files that will be uploaded in SEAP by the bidders will be signed with the extended electronic signature of the legal / empowered representative (to be empowered) of the economic operator, depending on its quality:partner / third party / subcontractor. The failure of the DUAE with the offer (including its associate / third party) raises its rejection as unacceptable, according to art. 137 par. (2) lit. b) from H.G. no. 395/2016.
