Supply of copy paper for the Saxon Ministry of Justice

Delivery of copy paper for participating judicial authorities of the Saechsische Justiz, for the period 1.11.2018 until 30.4.2019

Delivery of 34 705 000 sheets of copy paper white (A4) and 50 500 sheets of copy paper white (A3). The delivery of A4 copy paperit can be done in a total delivery or in partial deliveries. The delivery of the A3 copy paper will take place in November 2018, to the participating judicial authorities. A corresponding overview list is enclosed with the tender documents.

Bietererklaerung that the exclusion stat. - 123, 124 GWB not available; the preconditions for exclusion pursuant to - 21 (1) of the Posted Workers Agreement(AEntG), namely that a fine of € 2 500 is not available against the tenderer or one of his legal representatives for breach of the said law and that no fine is imposed on him; the requirements of Section 19 (1) of the Minimum Wage Act (MiLoG), namely a fine of € 2, 500 against the bidder or a sa legal representative for infringement under - 21 of this Act.
