It should be specified that each participant will be able to propose a different location provided in the same municipal perimeter assigned to the pharmacy and suitable for the purpose according to the evaluation carried out - previously at the signing of the contract - from the contracting authority. This evaluation will be carried outata against the existence of the legal requirements provided for this purpose. If the successful bidder has proposed a different venue and the same is not considered appropriate to give the award declined and proceed with the sliding in the ranking.

The consideration of the concession consists of an annual fee up to the sum of EUR 42 000 (forty euroemila / 00) for 12 years equal to EUR 504, 000.00 (five hundred and four thousand / 00 euros), based on the tender, in addition to the statutory VAT, to be paid according to the procedures indicated in the service contract. of the award, resulting from the values deducted in the concession as determined by the estimate carried out by the Municipality and equal to EUR 8 400 000.00 (euro -0000 million)entomila / 00), to which must be added the VAT due by law (for the sole purpose of determining the presumed value of the tender, we take into consideration a hypothesis of annual turnover of the pharmaceutical operation of 700.000 EUR as estimated by the Service Financial).

In the event that the turnover of the net sales of VAT, for any reason made during the activity, turns out to beaccording to the aforementioned 700, 000.00 EUR (seven hundred thousand / 00 euros) the annual fee for the concession must be supplemented by an amount equal to 4% to be calculated on the annual net sales of VAT exceeding 700, 000.00 EUR (seven hundred thousand / 00 euros). Any adjustment of the consideration resulting from the application of the overpaid percentage will be paid by the concession holder by 31March of the year following the reference year; for this purpose, the concessionaire shall communicate to the granting authority, within the aforementioned deadline, the net sales of VAT made in the previous year and, in the event of a turnover of more than 700, 000.00 EUR (seven hundred thousand / 00 euros), will pay the amount resulting in equalization of the annual concession fee.

The amount of security charges fromInterference risks arising from the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUVRI) and equal to EUR 0 and not subject to discount. 23, paragraph 16, of the Code, the costs of labor were estimated by the contracting authority in EUR 86 976.00 (eighty-seven thousand nine hundred and seventy-six / 00)

The title of the municipal pharmacy remains with the Municipality of Formello.currents for the purposes of participation in the tender must possess registration to the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Agriculture of competence for activities consistent with that object of this reliance or have as their object in the company statute the performance of activities consistent with the object of this tender or registration in the professional register relativo.

Economic operators established in other Member States qualify themselves by producing documentation in accordance with the legislation in force in their respective countries.

For the purpose of demonstrating adequate economic and financial capacity, tenderers will have to produce, for the purposes of admission to the tender, a declaration, issued by leading credit institutions of the European Union, stating that thethe competitor has always met his commitments on a regular and punctual basis and that he has adequate financial means to take over the concession; in case of grouping, the letters of references must be produced by each of the members of the grouping.
