Completion of a non-exclusive discount agreement pursuant to - 130a para. 8 SGB V for the active substance methocarbamol, ATC code: M03BA03, for the period from 1.9.2017 to a maximum of 31.8.2019 Drug discounts pursuant to section 130a para. 8 SGB V concerning the active substance (s) mentioned under item II.1.1. This is not the casePublic contracts within the meaning of Directive 2014/24 / EU or -- 97 ff GWB. The contracting party may be any pharmaceutical contractor in accordance with section 4 (18) AMG. According to the jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice, such authorization procedures are not necessarily subject to the granting of authorization, since no competition takes place due to the lack of a selection decision. The notice serves as a requestNg for the conclusion of discount agreements with conditions valid for all contractual partners and non-disposable conditions including the determination of the discount. The contract is concluded by signing the contract documents and submitting the required declarations, which can be requested at the contact point named under I.3).

The earliest start of the contract is 1.9.2017 sThe undersigned contract and the required declarations have been received by 11.8.2017 at the contact point designated under I.3). This is referred to in IV.2.2). In the event of later receipt of the contract, the first day of the month commencing on the month of receipt of the signed contract as well as the required explanations and / or proofs for the coIf the entry is made up to the 5th of a month in each case; Otherwise the 1 st of the next month.
