Completion of a non-exclusive discount agreement pursuant to - 130a para. 8 SGB V to the active substance tenofovir disoproxil, ATC code: J05AF07, for the period from 1.9.2017 to a maximum of 31.8.2019

This announcement serves the conclusion of Drug discounts pursuant to section 130a para. 8 SGB V concerning the active substance (s) mentioned under item II.1.1. It is not aboutThe award of public contracts within the meaning of Directive 2014/24 / EU or -- 97 ff GWB. The contracting party may be any pharmaceutical contractor in accordance with section 4 (18) AMG. According to the jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice, such authorization procedures are not necessarily subject to the granting of authorization, since no competition takes place due to the lack of a selection decision. The notice shall serve as a referenceOrder to conclude discount agreements with conditions which are valid for all contractual partners and non-disposable, including the setting of the discount. The contract is concluded by signing the contract documents and submitting the required declarations, which can be requested from the contact point named under I.3).

The earliest start of the contract is the 1.9.2017 provided that the signed contract and the required declarations have been received by 11.3.2017 at the contact point named under I.3).
