The subject of this publication is the conclusion of discount agreements pursuant to --(ATC code according to WHO: J05AF07) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are given the right to conclude the agreement on the basis of uniform conditions and a uniform access procedure A discount agreement pursuant to - 130a para. 8 SGB V. An exclusivity-is not given. At the time of the conclusion of the agreement, the amount of waste is unknown, and in particular depends on the demand of the insured persons, the development of the number of insured persons, the regulation behavior of the contracting parties and the dispensing and stockholding behavior of the public pharmacies. The client does not guarantee minimum acceptance quantities-At any time and under the same conditions. No specific contract negotiations will be carried out.

Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents (discount agreement and the form mentioned under III.2.1) via the e-mail address given under I.1). 2017 to 31.10.2019 geschlossen. AOK PLUS reserves the right to terminate the open-house procedure prematurely, especially in the case of the conclusion of exclusive discount agreements.
