Conclusion of a non-exclusive discount agreement in accordance with Section 130 a (8) SGB V on the active ingredient apomorphine (APO-go (r))

Section 130a (8) SGB V enables health insurers (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to enter into framework discount agreements about the pharmaceuticals to be surrendered at the expense of the statutory KK.

GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to agree non-exclusive discount agreementsaccording to - 130a Abs. 8SGB V on the above. Closing active substance with contract start on May 1, 2020. All interested companies can join this contract at any time during the contract period on the same terms (admission model). The GWQ assumes that this procedure due to a lack of a selection decision and thus the non-discriminatory accessibility allit does not fall within the scope of antitrust law for pharmaceutical companies. The contract documents, the participating health insurance companies and their turnover as well as the dates for the registration of the contract can be viewed and downloaded on the award portal of GWQ ServicePlus AG at http://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de. Until the start exclusive contracts this Ueberga standsAll market participants are open to accession.

Upon receipt of the signed contracts / statements and evidence on April 10th, 2020, a first registration can be made on May 1st, 2020.

- proof About drug approval by means of an extract from the public part of AMIS database;
