The contracting authority will remove from participation in the procedure the candidate orprivate person, when the circumstances under Art. 54 and Art. 55 of the Law on Public Procurement, as well as one for which the hypothesis of Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their real owners. Participants must have a valid slotwholesale trade in medicinal products, issued by the BDA or by a regulatory authority of another Member State, in accordance with Chapter 9 "Wholesale trade in medicinal products" by the LPPMH. Member State, it must submit:

(a) an authorization from the BDA Executive Director in the cases referred to in Article 195;para. 2 of ZLPHM - a copy certified by the participant; or

(b) a declaration that he does not use storage facilities in the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA - free text.

When the participant is an importer from a third country within the meaning of - 1, item 76 of the additional provision of the LPPMM - document that he is registered as a trader under the legislation of an EU Member State, and an import permit issued byAccording to Art. 161/164 of LPPMH (copies certified by the participant)

The contracting authority does not determine with respect to the participants the selection criteria that relate to the economic and financial status of the candidates for participation in the procedure.

Guarantee for performance of the contract - 3% of the value excluding VAT.

The participants in the procedure can presbidding for 1 or more of the nomenclatures included in the subject of the contract, in accordance with Art. 30 of the RAPPP.
