Delivery of medicinal products for the needs of USBALO EAD

Delivery of medicinal products for the needs of USBALO EAD for a period of 12 (twelve) months.

Main Site: USBALO EAD - Sofia, Plovdivsko Pole Str. 6 - Hospital Pharmacy

Lot No 1 "Digestive System and Metabolism", comprising 22 (twenty-two) nomenclatures - from No 1 to No 22.

Estimated quantitiesThe contracting authority has no requirements for the economic and financial condition of the participants.

1. A participant who meets the conditions of Art. 10 of the PPA and the requirements of the contracting authority. Participant for whom any of the grounds of Art. 54, para. 1, items 1 to item 7 incl., Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Actthe lender will remove from participation in the procedure and:

- in the presence of circumstances under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act,

- participants who are related persons within the meaning of - 2, item 45 of the Public Procurement Act,

- for the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of ZIFODRUPDRSTLTDS,

- for convictions for crimes under Art. 194-208, Art. 21 For 217, Art. 219-252, Art. 254a - 260 of the Criminal Code,

- committed violations under Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 228, para. 3 of the Labor Code,

- committed violations under Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act,

- in the presence of the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Forfeiture of Illegally Acquired Property Act shall be removed from the procedure.a number of requirements of the technical specification and the conditions of the order.

2. According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPA, when submitting a tender, the tenderer declares that there are no grounds for removal from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria by submitting the EEOPP. Documents proving the information provided in the EEOPP may be requested at any time after the opening ofsubmitting all or part of the documents proving the information specified in the EEOPP, when necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPL. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any.

3. The performance guarantee is presented in one of the optional forms specified in the PPLof the contractor before the conclusion of the contract and is equal to 2% of the contract value without incl. VAT

4. The offer shall be presented in a sealed, opaque, unbroken package. The offer is submitted in Bulgarian language. All documents that are in a foreign language are also submitted with translation into Bulgarian. Bid variants are not allowed.

5. Participants may use subcontractors or kthird parties` apathy and there should be no grounds for removal.
