Medicines

Purchase object is divided into 29 purchase lots. The supplier may submit a tender for one, several or all of the lots. Each lot will be covered by a separate purchase agreement. The indicative quantity of goods shall be the maximum contractedfor a duration of 12 (twelve) months.

1. The Supplier shall have the right to trade in pharmaceutical products. Documents provided by the Supplier:

1) a copy of the extended extract of the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania issued by the State Enterprise Center of Registers or other documents certifying the Supplier`s right to engage in pharmaceutical trade orCertificates issued by Operators, Authorized Authorities of the State as established in the State where the Supplier is registered) or a statement on oath certifying the Supplier`s right to engage in the relevant activities. Digital copies of documents are provided;

2) Wholesale of medicinal products issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania or a relevant foreign institutionCertified copy of a valid distribution license *. A digital copy of the document is provided;

3) Certified copy of the license for distribution of narcotic and psychotropic drugs and drug substances *. A digital copy of the document is provided. If narcotic and psychotropic drugs are not offered, write a justification that they are not offered (oractivity of these drugs) and no document is required. The supplier shall submit an up-to-date European Single Public Procurement Document, replacing the documents issued by the competent authorities and provisionally confirming that there are no grounds for exclusion of the supplier established in accordance with Article 45 of the Public Procurement Act. The supplier must provide the completed `European Commonto the Public Procurement Document (EBDD) "in accordance with the requirements set out in Article 50 of the Law on Public Procurement.
