The subject matter of the contract is the regular delivery of medicines for the needs of INMM to the extent required by the contracting authorities, including delivery to the destination.

Public procurement may be attended only by the person who fulfills these conditions of participation in personal status, subject to the provisions of Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter referred to as "GP"):

(a) he, neither his statutory body, nor a member of the statutory body, nor a member of the supervisory body norcurator lawfully condemned for the crime of corruption, the offense of detriment to the financial interests of the European Communities, the crime of legalization of the acceptance of crime, the crime of establishing, imprisoning and supporting a criminal group, the offense of establishing, imprisoning or supporting a terrorist group, the crime of terrorism and some forms participation in terrorism;walking with people, a criminal offense that constitutes suicide with entrepreneurship or a crime of machinations in public procurement and public auction,

b) does not have arrears of health insurance premiums, social insurance, and retirement savings contributions in the Slovak Republic or in the state place of business or habitual residence,

c) has no tax arrears in the Slovak Republice or in the state of the mansion, place of business or habitual residence,

d) has not been declared bankrupt in his property, is not in restructuring, is not in liquidation, nor has bankruptcy proceedings been closed against him for lack of property or bankruptcy due to lack of assets, (e) is entitled to supply goods, carry out construction work or provide a service;procurement confirmed by a final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the state of the facility, place of business or habitual residence, the regulations for which he was ta sanction is imposed on the public authority to prove it,

h) has not committed, in the previous 3 years, the proclamation or provable commencement of a public procurement of a serious breach of professional obligations, which the contracting authority can prove. 32 para. 2 ZVO.

According to - 32 par.7 ZVO is a condition of participation in personal status according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (b) and (c) of the FTA, if the applicant has paid arrears or has been allowed to pay arrears at maturity. 1 ZVO to prove fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the list of economic operators.public procurement of personal status for each member of the group separately. A member of the group shall only be entitled to provide the service in relation to that part of the subject matter of the contract which I have to provide. The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving that the conditions for participation have been met, submitted to the contracting authorities by submitting the Single European Dockart. For further information, see point 24 of Part V of Chapter A of the Minutes. 1 ZVO and proven according to - 32 par. 2 and - 152 para. 4 ZVO in accordance with - 40 of the GPO.

The contracting authority applies the provision of - 66 para. 7, the first sentence of the GPO, the assessment of the fulfillment of the conditions of participation is done afterwardsoffer. For more information, see point 25 of Section V of Chapter A and see. Chapter C of the supporting documents.
