The subject of the public procurement includes medicinal products according to the Positive Drug List and outside the Positive Drug List for the needs of "MHAT - Haskovo" AD, which will be delivered periodically, with the transport of the contractor, upon prior written request by the assigneeThe main site: "МБАЛ - Хасково" АД with address: Haskovo 6300, 49, Saedinenie Blvd. - ex-warehouse of a hospital pharmacy - Delivery of medical products by Positive Medicinal List for the needs of " AD ", including a series of specific items - 69 (sixty-nine) nomenclatures detailed in the Technical Specification - Appendix 2 of the documentation for participation. Proposedis the participant's medicinal products should fully meet the requirements of the sponsor in the Technical Specification with regard to the generic name, dosage form, quantity of active substance and single measure

The quantities for each nomenclature specified in the Technical Specification are estimated. The Assignor is not obliged to purchase them in their full volume, but according to thembut the need and the number of patients. The contracting authority is not obligated to have minimum quantities for the duration of the contract and for the individual applications

Evidence of the circumstances declared in EEDOP are presented under the conditions of Article 67, paragraph 5 and para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act.

There is no requirement for the economic and financial condition of this contractThe participant in the procurement procedure may be any Bulgarian or foreign natural or legal person or their groupings as well as any other entity which is entitled to perform supplies under the legislation of the state in which it is established which meet the requirements set out in the Public Procurement Act (PPL) and requirementsof the contracting authority specified in the tender dossier. The participants are represented by the persons representing them by law or by persons specifically authorized for this procedure, which is evidenced by a notarized power of attorney in the original. . The participant removes from participation a participant for which there are grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3, item 4 and item 5 ot. The assignor has the right not to remove a participant from the procedure in the case of Art. 55, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act. Other grounds for termination: on the grounds of Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act and a participant for whom there are circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons related to them and their actionsowners. According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPA when submitting the tender, the participant declares no reason for removal from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria by presenting the EEDOP. Documents demonstrating the information specified in EEDOP may be required under the terms of Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 67, para. 6 of the PPL before concluding a contract hthe tenderer designated as a contractor shall provide up-to-date documents certifying the lack of justification for the removal and compliance with the selection criteria. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any. Participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act has the right to provide evidence that he has taken measures which he / she hasits credibility, despite the appropriate justification for its removal. If the participant's actions are sufficient to ensure its reliability, the assignor does not remove it. As proof of the reliability of the participant shall be presented documents under Art. 58 of the Public Procurement Act.
