The Market relates to the acquisition by the grouping, constitutes the French Blood Establishment (EFS) and the Blood Transfusion Center (CTSA), solutes for the preparation of labile blood products (PSL), other solutes and laboratory solutions. The holder is informed that the deliveries concern all the current blood transfusion establishments benefiting from this market, the list of which is attached in Appendix 1 to the CCAP. The technical specifications of the supplies are given in the Technical Specificationsparticulars (CCTP) applicable to the market. The delivered supplies must be in conformity with the sample delivered by the holder in his proposal subject to modifications possibly accepted by the coordinator. Main Site: All the France. The addresses are specified in the SCC.

Subject to the provisions relating to the cancellation of the public market appearing in the SCC, the public contract is concluded from the notification to 16.7.2021.
