The subject of this publication is the conclusion of Discount AssociationConclusions pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V for medicinal products for the combination of beclometasone / formoterol (WHO code: R03AK08) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model" uniform access procedure the conclusion of a discount agreement according to - 130a Abs. 8 SGB V-offered. An exclusivity is not given. The purchase quantity is unknown at the time the agreement is concluded and depends in particular on the demand of insured persons, the development of the number of insured persons, the prescribing behavior of contracted doctors and the dispensing and stocking behavior of public pharmacies. The client does not guarantee minimum purchase quantities.

The AThe agreement may be concluded at any time and on the same terms. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out.

Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents (discount agreement and the form mentioned under III.2.1) via the e-mail address mentioned under I.1).

Agreements under this model will be made in the period from-Closed on 16.10.2018 until 30.11.2019. Interested parties must submit the completed and signed participation documents (self-declaration on the absence of exclusion criteria and discount agreement) for the first time by 15.10.2018, then by the 15th of each month at the office specified under I.1). It depends on the access at the AOK PLUS. Occurs the 15th of a month auf a Saturday, Sunday or national public holiday, the next working day will take the place of such a day. For later entries (after 15.10.2018 or 15th of each month), the submitted participation documents will be considered for the 15th of the following month.

Participation documents can be submitted for the first time until 15.10.2018.

The discount agreement will be included-Signing the AOK PLUS in place. The signing will take place until the end of the month in which the registration documents have been received by the AOK PLUS.

Organizationally, AOK PLUS will need approximately half a month to complete the notification of the discount agreement. The initial labeling of the discount drug in the pharmacy software takes place from the-second month following the deadline for the participation documents. This deadline may vary in the event of changes or new deadlines for the deadline declarations in the nationwide AOK contract reporting portal DatRabatt.

With all pharmaceutical companies that fulfill the conditions for participation and confirm this by signing the requested documents, wed a discount agreement has been concluded.

The contract will end no later than 31.10.2020, irrespective of the date of conclusion of the contract. AOK PLUS reserves the right to terminate the open-house procedure prematurely, especially in the case of the conclusion of exclusive discount agreements.
