Description of subject of contract part 1.1 Electricity

Subject of contract is to deliverdistribution of electricity, including transmission, distribution, excise duty and other loads, assuming responsibility for imbalance, in a quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution system operator, in compliance with the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operating rules of the distribution network operator tolerance from 80%up to 120%

Applicant must meet the conditions of participation concerning personal status according to the provisions of - 32 par. 1 pism. a. to h), Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain outcomes as amended. The applicant demonstrates fulfillment of the conditions for participation concerning personal status according to the provisions of - 32 para. 2 pism. a. to f). law or data; and d152 If the tenderer is not registered in the list of economic entities, the applicant shall submit the documents in a non-editable form in pdf format, signed electronically by the institution issuing the certificate. If the applicant submits to JED, it shall submit this document in a non-editable form in pdf format.according to - 32 par. 1. the law in relation to the subject of the contract and the need for its inclusion in the conditions of participation pursuant to - 38 par. 5 of the Act: The conditions for participation in a personal status arise from - 32 para. 1. and - 38 par. Communication and exchange of information in public procurement is done in writing, by electronic means. Communication including delivery for purposesof this tender will be carried out in the manner determined by the functionality of the electronic tool eZakazky on the portal www.ezakazky.sk. The competition documents will be available to any interested person on the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk without restriction. Method of requesting and providing the tender documents:

(a) the economic operator shall enter an e-mail address in the Internet search engine www.ezakazky.sk,

b) click on the name of the contract,

c) click on the Application for Participation / Competition Documentation,

d) log in to the system in the following way:

d1) if the economic entity already has an account established in the system directly by their already provided login data (in case of forgotten login data, select the option to send the login data electronically to the e-mail address;

d2)if the economic operator has not yet established an account in the system, click on Registration and follow the instructions given for registration in the system directly on the website www.ezakazky.sk. I will open the tender documents and all other documents related to the tender documents to the contracting authority for the preparation of an offer in the electronic system at the e-mail address www.ezakazky.sk In case of need to explain the conditions of participation in the procurement, tender documents or other accompanying documentation or other documents provided by the contracting authority within the deadline for submission of tenders, according to the law any of the candidates can apply for their explanation directly through the electronic networkystemu www.ezakazky.sk. The request for an explanation must be delivered within a reasonable period of time determined by law through the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk. It is not sufficient for the request to be delivered to the email address of the contracting authority`s contact person. The above procedure shall also apply if the economic operator obtains tender documents from the contracting authority`s profile or otherwise.ym sposobom. In keeping with the principle of equal treatment of interested parties and the principle of transparency, the contracting authority has determined the above mentioned method of communication; Further details regarding electronic communicationThe purpose is stated in the documents for the contest. As the operator of the Public Procurement Journal in the call for tender form limits the number of characters that can be entered in this form in the text attribute field, it is not possible to detail the conditions of electronic communication in the call text. Detailed definition and determination of document delivery and communication with candidates and tenderersthe contracting authority shall state in the tender documents. For this reason, only the communication portal has been mentioned in the text of the Call and the basic rules for requesting documents or requests for explanation. The tenderer shall submit in his tender the fulfillment of the conditions of participation, the declaration of honor, the requirements for the subject of the contract specified in the tender documents and other documents required in the tender documents. Verejny obthe aggravator shall exclude from the tendering of the tenderer if, on the basis of reliable information, he suspects that the tenderer or candidate has concluded an agreement distorting competition in the tendering procedure with another economic operator.
